Terms of Service

By accessing or using Watheeq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Watheeq is a multi-tenant document management platform that provides secure file storage, sharing, watermarking, digital signatures, and collaboration features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with different plans offering varying features and storage limits.

When using Watheeq, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service for any purpose other than document management
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
• Circumvent security features, watermarks, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

The Service is offered through various subscription plans. Each plan includes specific features, storage limits, and user caps. Pricing is as displayed at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. New subscriptions may include a free trial period; at the end of the trial, your subscription will begin automatically unless you cancel before the trial expires. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period. After 90 days of inactivity following cancellation, your data may be permanently deleted.

You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to Watheeq. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process your documents as necessary to provide the Service, apply watermarks and security measures as configured, generate thumbnails and previews for display within the platform, and create backup copies for data protection purposes. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing and improving the Service.

When you share documents with others through the platform, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that content. Share links, cross-realm sharing, and delegation features grant access according to the permissions you set. You should review sharing settings carefully before distributing documents.

Watheeq provides electronic signature capabilities for document signing workflows. While we record signature events with timestamps and audit trails, electronic signatures through Watheeq are intended for internal organizational use. The legal validity of electronic signatures may vary by jurisdiction. For legally binding signatures, consult with your legal team regarding applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watheeq and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Watheeq harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 90 days of termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
